Full-Time Resident

$800 / month

Best suited for established artists with a steady client base who want autonomy and a private environment to operate independently.

Includes:

Dedicated private station
7 days per week access
Optional participation in studio events

You handle:

Your own clients

Part-Time Resident

$500 / month

Best suited for growing artists who manage their own clients but don’t require full-time access yet.

Includes:

Shared station access
Agreed weekly schedule
Opportunity to transition to full-time residency

You handle:

Your own clients

Apprentice / Junior

$500 / month

Best suited for serious emerging artists committed to building a long-term career within a structured professional environment.

Includes:

Shared station access (2-3 days per week)
Access to mentorship and guidance
Growth pathway toward expanded residenc

Building your own client base
Developing your portfolio
Maintaining professional studio standards
